Rate/sqft after negotiation?
Q: Has anybody bought in this project? How much is the rate/sq ft after negotiation?

Well, i am thinking of buying one. But the price he quotes looks unrealistically high.. I think i'll have to take a second thought.. He has given me a discount of 90 Rs/sq.ft. but 2885/sq.ft is too high. I am asking for 2700. Hoping to negotiate for 2800/sq ft.
