Hi All, I am looking to buy 2BHK falt in Fernhill Gardens.

My comments to replies
There is only a 2bhk apartment ( 1000 sqft ) available for sale in Fernhill Gardens on 6th floor. The price of the apartment is around Rs 47 lakhs plus registrations.
Hi Harsha. On Magic bricks i saw the same apartment for 42 lakhs. Can you please check and confirm if the price is negotiable? Also i need to know whether the apartment is good in terms of all facilities. Thanks in advance.
