did you get money back from Rizwi or they started construction ?
Q: I have also booked appt in another canopy project. They have not started the project and not refunding my money. Want to know if there is any progress in Monarch. Last I heard was builder was not starting project nor was refunding. Are you planning to take soem legal action? Regards Namrata

Hi Namrata, the monarch project is now apparently surrendered to the landlord who is also a developer and he has started some construction on the site. I booked in Monarch in 2008 and do not mind this news as long as the building is completed. I think its good that litigation is avoided and construction has resumed. Looking to book a 3BHK at Canopy Classic
Q: Hi, Even am planning to book an apartment with canopy classic. Please can any one provide us honest feedback. Would really appreciate it. I have seen their two other projects near classic ie., The canopy and Canopy citadel and they looked good. If you see Canopy's delivered projects and they look good, thats a good start. I know that they have solved their Monarch problem by adequate compensation and formal handing over to the landlord who is also a builder. The project is now under construction. If u need additional information, perhaps you can ask for a reference from Monarch representatives.If you see Canopy's delivered projects and they look good, thats a good start.
