Opinion on Purchase of Flat at Ramky Towers
Q: We were considering purchase of a flat at Ramky towers wanted some information/opinions good or bad from those who have already had some dealings in this venture Thanks!

Latest Answer: Hi Ajay, In my opinion any thing at 3500Rs/sqft is a good buy for this location, township with decent construction & facilities. Important thing is you need to get in agreement/writing with the dates when the club house facilities will be opened. Thanks & Regards, -IVK Raju
