Please provide me the contact info of ABA management.
Q: Can anyone plz give me the contact info of ABA management? I have a flat in Olive county and even after paying 100% they are not giving the posession of flat. There were some delay in payment from my side due to bank loan disbursal issue. Now the buider has put hefty penalty on me 24% p.a which I am unable to pay. So I am looking for the right person with whom I can negotiate.

Latest Answer: I would advice to talk with the builder first because you have already paid 100% amount. If he is ready to negotiate then well and good and if not then you should take advice from your legal expert.
