It has been a horrendous experience for me. The phone keeps on ringing, no one picks up. If I get lucky one fine day, then when I ask for the concerned person, the person is not in office. The contact people have moved out of Indya Estates one after the other. Pre emi reimbursement from their side is now overdue to me for a year.
