I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

kindly beware of investing in GK as we are not able to get back our hard core money even after cancellation of flats after 2 months..think thousand of time before investing here..they only make fool as we are completely frustrated from last 5 month and cursing our self why we invested our hard core money here ..we got a lesson that never trust on new company like GK who offered flats in very less price butter to invest in reputed builder projects so can be safer side..again my advise to the people who looking to invest here please think thousand time..
I have also faced the same issue..I have booked a flat with them yesterday in ERICA project and by seeing the reviews about them I asked for cancellation today and they are not at all helpful.One person says that they dont take cancellation request on any days apart from friday and the other lady says that we have to wait for 3 months to place a cancellation request.When I asked the same at the time of booking,they told that immediately they give a post dated cheque which would take max of 70 days.
Please let me know if there is any other way of getting my money back from them.

I just tried sending a mail to the mail id they have mentioned in the project details and the recepient address was not found.By this we can see that they are really frauds.I don't know how to get my money now :-(

I send a mail to police commision office now, please send a complain to police commisioner, he should know that how many people got cheated and people would get cheated, we dont want to leave these cheaters like this.

My wife by seeing the advertisement,on 10th July went to the newly opened office, Rama murthy nagar Gruha kalyan.
They showed the the property near manayata park and they said they start construction and book the flat for 20 lakhs, without showing any proper document they pressurised my wife and took 1 Lakh cash and 5 lakh cheque, when she came back and she told me about the the incident, immediately, I went and asked money back as I know that they are not reliable, they gave me the cheque for cash they said collect from head office as they given the cash to head office located in HSR layout, immediately we went and asked the money, no one has responded.
Just saw your posts..Let's plan for next weekend.

let us fight and bring the justice, I would say common man is suffering with these cheater, when I went to HSR office, I saw one guy his age is 55, he paid 40 lakhs and bluntly told me that it is a bogus company, if you hang over in recovery department, you can listen the stories, these offences are intangible, if needed let us go to chief minister house and appeal, not even commissioner.

Hi Gentlemen, I am planning to buy Orchid 2 Gorav nagar, near RBI layout, J P nagar flat. they are offering good discounted flats but ground work nothing started. I am not sure of the authenticity also as it looks a coumpound without their board. just a layout. Please let me know any one have invested and they say this is going to start from August 206.
It would be good to take this information to Media so that we can make sure that others won't be investing the money in GK from now..Please let me know your thoughts..
