Q: I have booked a flat in phase 3. Like me if any one has booked please feel free to writeup your opinion about the new decision which was taken by the management.

Hi.. even I have booked the flat in phase 3. I also agree it is really a bad decision.. we need to pay around 20 % . That too it will take around 8 months to get approval.
