Q: DEAR SIR, I HAVED applied for videocon tower installation.so they have selected my land for installation and they are asking me to pay aggrement fees of Rs 23000 to mr gaurav prasad on ACCOUNT NO.33150100003369.SO SIR PLZ HELP ME that can I PAY OR NOT as soon as you can.
