Project delay penalty clause.
Q: Looking for info on a good penalty clause on project delays. My builder has proposed Rs 2 per sq ft penalty in case of project delay (he has a 6 month grace period clause). Please suggest what other builders are following.

Latest Answer: All the builders are charging the same penalty chargers if the project is getting delayed after the grace period.
