Annual Maintenance
Q: I have a flat in Brahma Suncity: L3 105. I have been trying to track the details for the annual maintenance in the maintenance office but I have been given the same replies that we will be getting the letters in a week. Its been 2 months now that I dont have any update on that. I was also informed that i can make the payment online but i m not able to see any details online. So please can I get an update for the status for the society maintenance for 2011-2012.Thanks

Hello Ms Pinky. Please call the Bramha HeadOffice at Residency Club. Staff are very cooperative. They will mail you the details of your maintenance bill and mode of transfer.Hello Ms Pinky.
