Hi most owners are aware about this issue which happened in another community apartments of sumadhura. Now builder is not collecting BWSSB charges from buyers. So looks like builder is cautious this time. Whether it is good or bad for srinivasam buyers, i don't know.

please refer to Vignesh E's comments on April 14th. That post was posted by Vignesh (one of the resident owner). All existing owners in srinivasam have had similar discussion to help prospective buyers.

Hi Shalini, graphite exhaust doesn't seem to be a problem for site location. please read Vignesh's comments where he has shared a good brief of the project to help making buying decision.
