Isksocn Gokulam Heritage Phase 2
Q: I am looking to buy a property in Gokulam phase 2 project. I would like to get feedback from existing owners on following issues. Plan, Quality of construction. Promised vs provided features & ameneties, maintenance, cost, timely completion, customer service etc.

Latest Answer: There are no legal issues with Mantri Serenity. We have checked all documentation and the previous legal battle between ISKCON Bangalore and ISKCON Mumbai has been resolved in favor of Bangalore after which the construction of Mantri Serenity is going on in full swing. Also, it is an SBI approved project, and SBI does not approve projects with legal issues.
