Q: Hi All owners am planning to buy an apt in banyan tree, if there is anything that you think i would need to know before I make my purchase that would be helpful.

Latest Answer: Hi Vijay, This is a slow progressing project. I booked the flat 6 years ago and still the amenties are not available. KIndly check with the builder, residents. If you are satisfied with the progress, go ahead with the purchase. Being a resident, I would like to see all the apartments full. Best Regards, Adil
