Hi Neeraj, When did you book this apartment? Same is the case with E1 also. I booked this apartment 7 months back. I specifically asked Mr. Vikram Singh (Marketing Manager) whether building is approved and HDFC is providing home loan or not, and he replied in the affirmative. I suggest that all of us who are facing this issue send Unitech a legal notice . Why should we be running after banks for loan when Unitech is not fulfilling it's basic obligations to get all all approvals before selling to buyers.
