Q: Hi,I'm planning to buy apartment in Pelican nest- new project launched by elegant construction.Can any of you help me in giving some details about elegant constructions palmera garden in terms of quality of construction, credibility etc..As i live abroad,it will be helpful to get some feedback from the existing owners.Thanks
