The bridge which was promised to be developed not done yet.
Q: Hi..I want to know why the bridge which was promised to be developed by jain nakshtra at the time of selling flats , not done yet...as due to that our flat rates are not increasing...it is all approach road which is blocking our flat rates..

Latest Answer: as per builder , chennai govt. authorities not allowing to make...what to do ? they asked us only to take initiative...at the time of construction they said , when so many people will start to live as more than 500 houses there , govt. has to allow , but after all done , they simply came out from picture.

Q: Hi , can any one tell me , when jain group will provide position of flats , i am owner of 15 FOB...it is already delayed by 9 Months , how they are going to refund , only 6 Rs per Sqaue feet
