Q: Hi All, Does any one has idea about why this project is not yet approved by any bank i.e. APF no??? Since last 8 months I am getting details from builder that technical verification is done last week and will get approval soon but after 8 technical verification [as per builder :)] project didn't got APF no yet. Surprising.
