Dont buy from ashwini builders
Q: We bought a apartment from this seller 5 years back. They got the whole money and not completed many things which committed. The basic things also we arranged with our money. Till many things are pending. ....Please do not buy from this builders..... Check with old customers before buy appartment from them.

My comments to replies
Please suggest if anyone has booked a flat in ashwini flora, they are selling in less price and not providing OC (most of the builders in horamavu area not providing OC though). It will help to make a decision if someone can share their views on the same.
If you are looking for OC/CC/A khata project with amenities and SBI approval I will suggest Signature square in horamavu location.If you are interested have a visit and then decide.Price is also less Rs.3500 per sqft
