Looking for plot at Concord Mist Valley.
Q: I am planning to buy a plot at Concord Mist Valley. Please guide me regarding property documents verification.

My comments to replies
Before buying a plot you should ask the builder about the documents like encumbrance certificate, tax paid receipts for the property, khata certificate and legal documents. You can seek help of your legal expert regarding this matter.
Any idea how much is the price per Sq feet?
