Hi I have my flat in D1 tower with the same case of HDFC not approving the loan as the tower is not approved. I booked in june 2010. I've been in touch with Mr ravindra Arora (Head - Retail finance), and the only answer he has is that IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN A MONTH OR SO. I've visited their office many times but the same response. I've shifted to chandigarh due to job transfer.Its 1 year and still in lurch.
