DD-Golden Gate Handover
Q: I m planning to buy an apartment in twoer 1 of DD-Golden gate.I visited the site last week.They are telling the project will be handed over within 2 months.I need to pay the full amt after booking the same.Can we assure them?Kindly advise!

Check with them about what's going to handover (only the key of u'r propsed APT). That means can u able to use the facility that they mentioned in there brocher.
