Our Apartment in Blore has OC , do we need to get any approval from BBMP to make a 15*10 sqft office for association ?
Q: We are planning to construct an office + common staff toilet in our lawn area for the residence association, which may be aprox 15x10 Sqft with an asbestos roof. De we need to get any approval from BBMP for this new construction ?

Latest Answer: Hello Arun, If you are planning to construct an office in our lawn then I think you have to take permission and approvals from BBMP in this regards. For further clarification you can take advice from your legal expert.
