Latest Answer: The promise are not kept. The project is far beyond delivery date. The civic work is poor. The parking system is pathetic. Most of the houses are for investment purpose.

Is it worth buying flat in Orchid Springs?
Q: Hi, This is Ramesh. I just went to the Orchid springs site today. I was quite impressed with location and proximity to Annanagar. Also saw the G.O. and looks like they are awaiting CMDA approval. Is it worth taking the risk of buying at Rs.3400/ sq ft?

Latest Answer: Prices will rise and location is pretty good. I would suggest you to have all docs to be verified by a lawyer and if everything is fine my advice is to go ahead and buy...now price is Rs 4900 incl a/c and modular kitchen..good luck.
