Has anyone purchased Monarch serenity?
Q: I would like to know if anyone booked Monarch Serenity project in Thanisandra. This project location and plan looks good and I am thinking of booking. But the developer does not have any prior project of this size and looking for feedback from others.

Reliaable Dollars Colony phase-2 completion date is April 2021 as per RERA. So be ready to wait till April 2021 as the developer is not liable to pay any compensation what so ever. Check out in RERA website and see it yourself.
