BPTP Possession
Q: I have been alloted flat in Tower-A and have paid amounts as per their advise. I have taken loan from HDFC Ltd. About 95% amount has been paid and still possession is not possible before year end. Though it may take another couple of years for the area to develop but I understand that at least 25% flats might be occupied once possession is given. I need to move by early next year. Let us be in contact with each other and those who wish to move soon after possession.

Tiwari Ji , I have a flat in Tower-G , I am also eager to move as asoon as possible . But today , BPTP ia saying that possession will not happen until 2nd quarter of 2012. I is a big harrasement . The arera is not fully developed. The progress is lukeworm. I am still doublful of their committment . I am also observing the progress which is not happening as per the requirement.
