Worth buying?
Q: I'm interested to buy a flat in Jains Sudarsana. I heard Jains is famous for deviation in floor planning etc., Is that true? How about the quality of construction? Does the Rajakilpaukam locality is easily accessible by road/train? Is the maintenance fee is a burden for the buyers? Is it worth buying?I would appreciate your response to my queries to decide further on purchase of the flat. Thanks!
