Latest Answer: if you take my opinion, do not shift here. only good place about this complex is the look and small sized feeling. i shifted here in sep and stay on ground floor. i have never faced so many problems in a complex as this one (having stayed at prestige, mantri, sobha). the association sucks and does not look into any problem. ironing rates are expensive, milk vendor news paper vendor charges extra. on top of it you have the most disastrous property manager who is arrogant and rude. besides this i am facing noise issues from the filtration plant in the basement which goes on automatically causing disturbance 24 hrs a day..mainly in the night. i am just waiting for my own house to be ready to get out of this mess. u could try at mantri sarovar or nagarjuna greenwoods if u like. they have great maintenance, society etc.
