I had booked the flat in oakridge in Jan 2010 at rate of 2100 per sq.ft. Expected completion date was Mar2011. I toiled with the builers office to get the copies of the document but he did not gave the copies for 3 months. All of a sudden the builder gave the reason that they have landed into a dispute with the land owner over flat sharing and he canceled the booking of 10 customers. I was one of them. The very next month builder relaunched the project with 2400 per sq. ft. rate. The builder is a sham and is behind money. The completion date proposed now is sep. 2011 but I dont believe he will complete on thime. Pavani Parkwest was completed 6 months delay.
