Visited the site
Q: I have visited the site and it seems to be a nice location. It is near to railway station and also to the highway. I guess it seems to be a nice place once you reach home. The traffic along the way will be a concern though. Has anyone else visited?

Hi.....i was planning to buy a unit in this property too.......i am being quoted a rate of Rs.15000 per sq.ft. Since you are already about to finalise your deal can you please share your price per sq.ft if possible?
