wanted to know your experience with Builders
Q: Dear Occeanus Monarda owners, As I am looking to book flat in new project vista which will be coming behind Monarda. Hence I would like to know your experiences with the builder during your transactions. I would like to list down what I am looking for. 1. Was the project completed by promised time? 2.Did they maintain quality in construction? 3. Did they keep thier promises? 4. Are you a happy customer or not ? Your inputs are really appreciated. Latest Answer: Hi Venkat They are not better than any other builder. Project was delayed and almost after one year the amenities were provided. They converted a 3 BR house as a club house and Gym. Every amenities were degradedagainst what was promised. Still we are following up with the builder for many issues.
