Planning to buy from sls developers
Q: I am planning to buy a flat from sls developers-symphony or silver oak.Please let me know the quality of the builder,any problems faced,any thing to be taken care etc.

Latest Answer: Compared to several builders around -- with whom we have had occasion to discuss/check etc. -- SLS is certainly MORE THAN REASONABLE AND GOOD. Quality of work at the 'structural' level is quite good, but when it comes to 'cosmetics' such as floor tiles, bathroom floor and wall tiles, kitchen platform etc., the 'labour' part is not so satisfactory. Practically speaking, we cannot depend on the 'supervisory' skills of SLS staff; so it makes sense to somewhat 'take over' and 'personally supervise' or even get one's own labour. SLS has been willing enough to permit these and also 'compensate' in the total cost of the flat.
