Latest Answer: If you have bought your house in Lumbini Rock Castle, then God only can save you. Administration in Bldg is totally corrupt. The services and amenities are even worse than LIG Flats. Out dated generator and lift system is used which are out of order and pending repair for long. Just for tick in the box security and house keeping staff. They mainly do personal work and do not provide any service. There is no management where house owners can complaint. Ofcourse there is a supervisor. He collects hefty maintenance charges p.m. but does not give an expense report. Forbid from buying or renting.
