Rates and area calculation
Q: Hi, I am a prospective buyer and looking for some feedback. The quoted rate is Rs. 3500/- per sq. feet. and the area of a 3 BHK is shown as 1619 sq. ft. The web site show the area to be around 1450...not sure where the remaining area is taken into account from? Any help/inputs from existing owners will be of help. Thanks, BRK
