Q: My concern is that LIC and SBI do not approve ths project as Empyrean does not allow land registration initially. I wanted to know, when will they allow for land registration? Does any of you have an idea about this ?

Latest Answer: If they are selling the villa then the registration could be done only after villa completion because the villa exists after the construction. If they are selling the land and then constructing villa for you then they've to hand over the land to you (if they register it earlier) and you have full authority on the land. They might not want to do this because the buyer, if has a conflict with the builder, may choose to take a defensive stand w.r.t. to construction. They make a lot of money in construction too ! BTW, bank approvals do not mean anything; please try to go through your own lawyers and also the history of the builder before buying. BTW, I started exploring this project too !
