Status of Loan Approval
Q: Hi, I had booked a plot at Fortune Surya Layout in Aug 2009 on the condition that the builder would arrange for a bank loan. However, even after 5 months, the builder quotes that the plan is not yet approved so the plot can not be registered before the full payment. Can someone please let me know one's experience in dealing with the builder and the status of bank approvals if opted for bank loan route.
