Planning to buy a flat in Alliance Orchid Springs. Is it worth buying?
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in Alliance Orchid Springs. Is their any issue with the project? Most of the posts are related to cancellation of booked ones. May I know the reason?

Latest Answer: I have booked in Pine block in 2008.Well there had been problems but now i guess thay are constructing and hopefully will finish and handover. Prices will rise and location is pretty good. I would suggest you to have all docs to b verified by a lawyer and if everything is fine my advice is to go ahead and buy...good luck:))
