Plot in Vakil Marina
Q: We saw a plot in Vakil Marina recently and wish to buy it. However, we'd like some clarifications about the layout. What is the present rate going on over there? 1. Has the layout been handed over to the BBMP? 2. Who takes care of teh maintenance? 3. What is the annual maintenance fee? 4. How is the security? 5. How many feet will we have to get in approximately to get bore water? 6. Is there Kaveri Water provision in the layout? 7. Is there a common water tank for the whole layout? 8. Are there any good schools nearby / any school buses to the layout to pick up kids? I'd appreciate if some of you can provide me these details.

Hi Mr. Raghavendra, We did not buy in Vakil Marina. We visited the plot and house and a few neighbors. We got to know that they have a very big snake problem in the layout. People are scared to come out after 6 in the evening. Some even sighted a cobra. Sorry to give such a bad review but I have a phobia of snakes.
