Q: I am interested in buying a property at Gokul Gardens off Kanakapura main road. Need information about legal aspects of the property and pricing.

Latest Answer: Hi Sanjiv, I've bought property there, it was a very smooth and genuine seller with all the right papers, no problems at all. Pricing is about 1350/sqft. I'm an NRI in UK, let me know if you have any more questions. I can help you out if needed, I know the area and seller quite well now after having transacted with him on a couple of occassions
