Latest Answer: Hi, The apartments are located in very strategic location very close to the Metro rail station, K.R. Puram railway station with superb connectivity by Buses to Airport and other locations on outer ring road and city. Right now the prices are very reasonable (compared to any other flats of same class in this area). Most of the facilities are there (except club-house which is yet to be constructed). It is a good investment . The decision is upto you, suggest you find more about the flat you plan to buy and then make up your mind
