Royal Placid under petition
Q: Royal Placid phase 3 residents have got court notice that was initiated by previous land owner's Son. The first hearing has been done and the case is still pending. Residents have autorised a advocate by name Shivakumar and also paying for the court expenses. Land Developer who is responsible for this mess and supposed to pay has cleverly escaped here apart from the water and sewage probelm they are facing in the layout. I went to buy site there and when enquired with few residents came to know about this. The Real Estate agents Sunil and Ravi from SLE Real estate (HSR layout) showed me one plot here and were hurrying me to make the agreement by paying 2 lakhs. They were trying to hide this fact from me and pushing for the sale. Buyers please beware of this and negotiate with property owners accordingly.

Latest Answer: Hi shankar, are you talking about phase 2 or phase 3. We have not recvied any court notices for phase 3
