Q: I am considering buying a 1515sft apartment in block K. I am told that it's a lake view from the balcony. Can you tell if I am making the right choice? How far is the lake from the property and would it be a breeding ground for mosquitoes? Also, I was told that a mall was going to come up in the vicinity by Aparna itself. Will it hamper the 'residential peace' of the project?
