About Coconut Valley villas pricing and experience
Q: I would like to know the price range of villas including land value in Coconut Valley. I would also like some owners' experience about dealing with the builder and the transperancy of their deals.

Latest Answer: its costs around 60 - 90 lks depending upon the type of villa you select, 3bhk and 4bhk villas are there, not sure whether anything is left. My sister got one 4 bhk villa which cost them around 70 lks including modular kitchen and wardrobes. Hamnet is a new builder, but they got a very good response in trivandrum. They are into their 2nd project now which is also near shastamangalam. Their office is in shastamangalam, and the name of the guy is Shelus.
