Q: lodha group is asking 5% of vat of agreeement value now they had not told at the time of booking

Q: i have booked 1 bhk in casabella possesion date in allotment letter and agreement differ, due to late registration my loan has been cancelled cusomer care does not respond, i want to cancell my flat but at current price pl help me what should i do
