Certificate(s) for (i) Consent to Install and (ii) Consent to Operate Diesel Generator Set(s) from W
Q: President and Secretary of the Greenwood Park Owner's Association is hereby requested to collect copy of the above certificate(s)from BSHDL before complete taking over the 'Greenwood Park'project from BSHDL. This for your information that a complaint was lodged by me against the Director,BSHDL in the year 2007 for running Generator Set(s)which is causing air as well as noise pollution. Till date the complaint has not been disposed off by the WBPCB. Information in this regard has also been sought from WBPCB under RTI Act, 2005 through registered post on 17.01.2011.
