Q: i wish to buy a flat in your building..what was the first sale price for a 2 BHK flat ? Are there any issues facing owners in your complex ?

HI there are 2 BHK for sale. You will get it for around 80 lacs which was earlier sold by the builder in 50 lacs. There are no pressing issues.
