Flat availability & Price
Q: Hi, I have come last week and they said 2 bhk flats are available and quoted a price of 2500/2600 per sqft. Now, today, when I call them up, they are saying no 2bhks available and price is hiked to 3100/-. Surprised to see the price going 500 per sqft in 1 week :(

2BHK: I found the kitchen ventillation poor and the non-master bedroom quite small. Did anyone also found that an issue? Pent-house upper floor was good but 4th floor has same issue as 2-BHK.
