HOW IS SCION BUILDER??
Q: I have finalized to buy a 3BHK flat at SCION LUXOR in HRBR, 1530SFT for 55lakhs. This is in a BDA layout,anybody has idea about this project, what is cost range etc. Few questions 1) How is SCION Builder, Any issues with this builder? 2)Any delays in past by this builder 3)How is maintanance? 4)Let me know of any othert issues,scams, cheating by this builder, if any?
