Hi, Thanks for replying. I stay very near to the Site and frequently visit it. I have visited Aratt office but do not get proper answers like what is happening currently and when they are going to start the work. They had some issues due to a small temple in their acquired area, which I think they have left. Now if you go to the site, you will see that there is wire fencing in half of the area. The purpose is not clear to me. Do you guys know the current status and what they have told you. Me and my friend have booked two apartments there.Hi, Thanks for replying. The project is under construction and it is expected to get completed by 2014.
Hi Deep, it has not been approved yet. Construction is far from now. Have you visited the site recently or the office?

Hello Anand, I am planning to book a flat in this project and in some of the websites it is showing the possession date by 2014.
Don't go by websites as they are only advertisements. Check the current status. Its not yet approved, so construction will take time to start as per my info from Arrat guys.
