You are right Jayanthi. The builder is not having the approval plan from BBMP at present. But they have got the NOC's from the concerned depts and still waiting for BBMP approval, since they submitted the plan only couple of weeks back, to BBMP on receiving those NOC's. These informations i got from the Builder himself. But not sure whether its true. As a matter of fact, this his first ever big project. I have seen his one of his construction in Kaggadaspura, which is a budget apartment with basic amenities. Hi, I would suggest you to take a visit around Maithri developers other projects locations and make the judgement yourself.. Seeing is believing... Criticisms are always part of developments...
